Once you’ve found a property that you’re interested in, click on the picture the view the full details.
If you decide that you want to book a reservation on that property, fill out the booking form next to the picture.
When you’ve read through this document and are ready to complete the booking, click Looks Good! Finish Booking! at the bottom of the document. This will complete the booking process.
Your credit card will be charged, and you will receive an email with all of the details of your reservation. The email includes contact information if you have any questions or problems with the reservation.
Once the reservation deposit has been received, there will be no refunds given unless we can re-rent the home for the same dates and rental rate. If the home is re-rented for the same dates and rental rate, a 10% cancellation fee of the total rental amount will apply and be deducted from the refund. If it is not possible to re-rent the home for the same dates and rental rate, the 10% cancellation fee, and any difference in the rebooking rate will apply. If the home remains vacant for those dates, the entire deposit will be forfeited, or the reservation may be reinstated, and any unpaid amount will be due according to the normal payment policy.
25% due when reservation is made, 25% 3 months prior to arrival, and final 50% due 14 days prior to arrival.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, and JCB.
Check-in starts @ 4pm not guaranteed until 6:30pm, check-out is 10am, late check outs / early check ins may be considered please reach out to confirm. Homes are either keyless entry or a lock box with a key inside is at the house. Reservation confirmation will provide access code to access.
Freshly laundered guest linens are provided for your stay including sheets, blankets, pillowcases, towels (beach and bath), wash cloths, bathmat, hand towels, kitchen towel and wash cloth, and sponge. Other items provided include starter supply of the following: shampoo, conditioner, bodywash, hand soap, dishwashing liquid, dishwasher tab, laundry detergent, toilet paper, paper towels, trash can liners.
We are a pet-friendly vacation destination and several of our homes are pet-friendly! We love pets! But they are required to always be on a leash. Note, dogs are not allowed in certain areas if the state park. For our pet-friendly properties, we provide water and food bowls, and a pet crate/kennel. To avoid any possible damage to your vacation home, we highly recommend crating your pet for while away from your vacation property.Pets are not allowed to be left unattended in the fenced area around the swimming pool.

Swimming pool heat must be requested in advance, as it takes several hours for a swimming pool to be properly heated. The cost for the service is $450 and for some is only available when the outside temperature is above 60 degrees. Call or email Gulf Coast Vacation Properties to request.
Some of our properties offer use of residential elevators. Some properties charge an additional $350 to use the elevator. Call or email Gulf Coast Vacation Properties to ensure use at your vacation property. Elevators are for adult use only, and Gulf Coast Vacation Properties requires that guests sign an elevator use and liability waiver for each reservation.
